This commitment, combined with attention to our clients' needs, has resulted in a steady stream of work even during tougher economic times. As a result we never had to layoff any staff.
On the contrary, our growth continues to be limited by a shortage of qualified engineers and draftsmen. During unusually busy periods the clients are forced to wait several weeks for a completion of their project. Therefore we often seek both experienced and junior structural engineers and draftsmen to handle the ever increasing volume of work.
