Our company offers the following benefits package:
- PPO style health and dental insurance for all dependents with premiums paid entirely by the company.
- 2 weeks of paid vacation. 3 weeks after 8 years of employment.
- 5 paid sick days for salaried employees only.
- 8 paid holidays a year.
- A bonus program which pays a bonus in the first 3 quarters of a year.
- A pension and profit sharing plan which is funded by the company in the 4th quarter of a year. The company contributes up to 15% of employee's annual income into the plan. Even though this 15% is not guaranteed, in the past we have always been able to contribute the full 15%.
